Consultation / Prescription

How to Book a Consultation

Use the consultation button on this page to submit an electronic consultation and assessment form. If you are unsure whether the product may be suitable for you, you may contact info@labraix.com before proceeding, to avoid submitting a consultation fee unnecessarily. If the product is not clinically appropriate for you, a prescription will not be issued, in line with regulatory requirements.

After selecting a consultation slot and completing payment (£100), you will receive a detailed medical history form by email. When the slots appear, please click any time that is available. The slot chosen does not affect your form submission. Once this has been completed and reviewed, and subject to clinical approval, you will be provided with access to a secure, login-gated page where you may purchase the cream size prescribed to you.

All usage instructions and relevant information will be provided as part of treatment. This cream is prescribed for cosmetic use only. Consultation submissions that include skin diseases or medical skin conditions will be declined.

A further consultation fee is not required for repeat prescriptions provided there has been no material change in your circumstances, although repeat supply remains subject to clinical review. The initial consultation reflects the work required to assess suitability, review medical history, issue a prescription and complete the associated clinical and administrative processes.

As part of the consultation, you will be required to upload photographs of the area of skin to be treated.

Additional Information

Prescriptions are included within the cost of the consultation and are not charged separately. The cream is not manufactured by Labraix and is produced by a regulated pharmaceutical pharmacy in accordance with applicable standards. Prescriptions for fulfilment at third-party pharmacies are not offered as part of this service. We work exclusively with a trusted pharmacy partner.

At present, a 30g tube costs approximately £190 in the UK and typically lasts between two and three months depending on the treatment area. Product stability is six months when stored as directed. Larger tube sizes, including 50g, may also be available. Initial prescribing concentrations are typically around 1%, in line with available evidence and clinical judgement.

Currently this is for UK patients only. International orders will resume shortly. For international patients, it is your responsibility to consider local laws and customs requirements when travelling with prescription products.
