How do I take Nutrakos?
Standard dosage: 2 sachets per day, which is why every plan delivers two boxes a month.
When to take: one in the morning, 30 minutes before breakfast on an empty stomach, and one 30 minutes before dinner.
How to take: drink directly from the sachet or mix with a small amount of water. Do not mix with hot beverages, as heat may affect amino acid stability.
Duration: visible results typically appear after 4 to 12 weeks of consistent use. For best results, use continuously for at least 3 months.
What is the difference between the three subscriptions?
