Returns and Refunds Policy

 

This Returns and Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made through the Labraix website.

 

1. Medicinal products

 

Prescription-only medicines and pharmacy medicines are supplied following a clinical assessment and, where appropriate, the issue of a prescription by a regulated prescriber.

 

Because these products are personalised and prepared specifically for you, orders for medicinal products cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded once a prescription has been approved and the product has been dispensed or dispatched, except where the product is faulty, damaged, or supplied in error.

 

If you believe a medicinal product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably practicable. We may ask for the product to be returned for inspection before issuing a replacement or refund.

 

Unused or unwanted medicinal products must not be returned to Labraix and should be disposed of safely via an authorised pharmacy disposal service.

 

2. Food supplements and non-medicinal products

 

Food supplements and other non-medicinal products may be cancelled within 14 days of delivery, in line with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

 

To be eligible for a return the product must be unused, must be unopened

and must be in its original sealed packaging.

 

For health and hygiene reasons, sealed products cannot be returned once the seal has been broken.

 

3. How to request a return

 

To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Please include:

• your order number

• the product(s) you wish to return

• the reason for the return

 

Once approved, returned goods must be sent back to us within 14 days. Unless the product is faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for return postage costs.

 

4. Refunds

 

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

 

• If an order is cancelled before dispatch, refunds will be issued within 14 days of cancellation

• If goods are returned, refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item

 

5. Faulty or incorrect goods

 

If goods are faulty, damaged on delivery or not as described, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.
